One thing I have learned in a long life: that all our science, measured against reality, is primitive and childlike – and yet it is the most precious thing we have. ― Albert Einstein

About my academic background

My research experience covers several fields and a broad set of methodologies with a focus on computational skills and statistical methods. My initial formation is Physics, with an specialization on Statistical Theoretical Physics. In my PhD I investigated in field of Atmospheric Sciences and Remote Sensing, in particular in micro-physics and remote sensing of precipitation, which also involved Applied Statistics.

Currently I researcher at the Centre of Centre national de la recherche scientifique in Paris. Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and my research is about Remote Sensing of Trace Gases, with specific topics related with spectroscopy, radiative transfer theory, inverse problems and processing of satellite products. During my research experience on the University of Reading I investigate of the radiative forcing of GHGs, offline estimations of the temperature stratospheric adjustment and Ozone concentrations from models, satellites and ozone-sondes.
